Switzerland. Shipped from Switzerland by Swiss Post. Standard delivery CHF 7; free from CHF 150. Indicative delivery time: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

France and the European Union. Shipped from France, with no customs fees for recipients in the European Union. Rates and delivery times (economy or express) are shown at checkout.

Free pickup in Geneva. At the Débo Beauty salon, Rue Ancienne 4, 1227 Carouge, during opening hours. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and wait for the “order ready” email before coming.

Preparation. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days. An email with tracking is sent as soon as the order ships.

Address. Please check your address before confirming: re-shipping because of an incorrect address is charged.
