Gemella was born in Geneva, between the salon, training and competitions. Each collection bears the name of a goddess and has its own personality: carefully chosen fibres, hand-finished tools, a feminine and elegant identity.

Do you ship to Switzerland and the European Union?
Yes. Orders for Switzerland ship from Switzerland (Swiss Post); orders for France and the European Union ship from France, with no customs fees within the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout for your country.
Can I pick up my order in Geneva?
Yes, free of charge at the Débo Beauty salon in Geneva, during its opening hours (click & collect). Choose the pickup option at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
In Switzerland, allow 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. For France and the rest of the EU, the time depends on the service you choose (economy or express) and is shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Are the products for professionals only?
Our lashes, tweezers and accessories are designed for professional use, by and for Lash Artists trained in eyelash extension application.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after delivery to return an unopened product in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened boxes cannot be taken back). Write to contact@gemellalashes.com to arrange the return.
How do I choose between black Russian Volume, brown Russian Volume and classic lashes?
Black Russian Volume: 0.07 Super Silk fibre, intense black, for light fans and a bold look. Brown Russian Volume: the same fibre in brown, for a softer look and fair skin. Classic lashes: 0.15 Flat Velvet flat fibre, one extension per natural lash, for a clean, structured set. The comparison on the home page lists the available curls and lengths.

Which eyelash extensions does GEMELLA offer?
Athéna (black Russian Volume, 0.07 Super Silk fibre), Aura (brown Russian Volume, 0.07) and Hestia (classic lashes, 0.15 Flat Velvet flat fibre). Depending on the range: B, C, CC and M curls, single lengths from 6 to 13 mm and MIX boxes from 4 to 18 mm, plus Athéna and Aura mini boxes for the inner corners.

Yes, four hand-filed and hand-finished tweezers: curved isolation, precision isolation, volume and precision volume.
