GEMELLA Privacy Policy

Data controller. Debobeauty (Déborah Foucout), Rue Ancienne 4, 1227 Carouge (Geneva), Switzerland: contact@gemellalashes.com. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for our customers in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected. When you place an order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, order details, payment data (processed exclusively by our payment providers, never stored by Gemella). When you browse: technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and cookies, according to your choices in the consent banner. When you leave a review: first/last name, email, review content.

Purposes and legal bases. Performance of the order and contract (processing, delivery, pickup, after-sales service); legal obligations (accounting, warranties); legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, visit statistics, improvement of the shop); consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies, publication of reviews).

Recipients. Our service providers, who only access data as needed for their work: Shopify (hosting and operation of the shop), Shopify Payments / Stripe and PayPal (payment), Swiss Post and Packlink and its partner carriers (delivery), Judge.me (collection and display of reviews). Some providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU (notably in Canada and the United States); transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

Retention period. Order data: 10 years (Swiss accounting obligations). Customer account: until it is deleted. Browsing data: according to the lifetime of the cookies. Reviews: until a removal request.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to contact@gemellalashes.com. You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Cookies. The shop uses cookies necessary for it to work (cart, payment) and, with your consent, audience measurement and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the consent banner.

Security. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS); payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers.

Updates. This policy may be changed; the version in force is the one published on the shop.
